HP Gas
Additional cahrge/ poor quality cylinde

We are the cunsumer (consumer no. 615787) of HP gas

from last 4 years with distributor name - Roma gas agency,

dhobi talao, Nani Daman / code - 961400.

First they never book cylinder in advance, they provide directly

on one day of every week for that we have to wait outside of home till they come.

Secondly - the person who bring cylinder always asked for additional charge of 10-20 rps more, otherwise not given they

behave in a bad manner.

Third, the cylinder they provide to us is of very bad quality s.h.

no paint on it, not sealed properly etc.
