Late delivery of cilinder (consumer no stated)

I am from Bhubaneshwar. Recently i transfed my gas connection to chennai at a agency called NAndhinee Gas Agency. My consumer number is 614334. The service provided by this agency is worst. We have booked the cylinder on 6th September. And they told us that the cylinder will be delivered in 2 days. Its been more than 1 week that we dint get any cylinder. We have called up almost everyday and they keep on shifting dates.
