HP Gas
Refill not provided on time

We have been given only 1 cylinder. Every time when gas gets over and ask for refill they say it will be available after 4-5 days. Unless we follow up each day we will not get. What will the children eat during these 4-5 days? Why it should take so much time each time? Why 2nd cylinder is not given?
