Not getting cylinder in time - Mentaly harassment

Dear Sir,

As we have two HP-LPG cylinder and the memebers in our family is 5.One LPG cylinder is comming for 25-30 days only. But, while going and booking the cylinder the says the cycle period is 30days from the date of delivery for delivery itself they are taking more than 10 days. So, we are loosing the all the stock in our hand and running short of cylinder and buying food out side till we receives the cylinder. We have a small kid in our which we are unable to provide milk or a hot water to him.while going and asking the gas agency we are not getting a proper reply from the agency and they tell wait for 2 more days without polite. We are really stressed about the activities of our gas agency.
