Non acceptace of Ditributor to the Transfer orde

My Regd No: A028423 and SV No:1001331 Date :30/08

On 5th Sept. 2008 I have transferred my HP Gas Cylinder from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar. But the distributor of Bhubaneswar is creating a lot of trouble to me. He is not accepting the Registration amount that bangalore Distributor has charged to me for 1 cylinder and 1 regulator. He is telling it was less amount.

Now i would like to me is the customer of HP Gas will have to suffer because of the HP distributors' conflict?
