Non response, delay of delivery

My consumer number for LPG supply is 614919 with Universal Gas Agencies, Taliparamba, Kannur Dist, Kerala State, Tel : 0460 2209521.

My problem, rather thousands of other consumers' too, is that it takes more than 45 days to get the gas after booking for the same. Often they do not attend the phone at all. They have innumerous consumer connections and don't have enough vehicles for the supply of the gas. In the recent past so many agitations by organizations like DYFI and Youth Congress have taken place but to no avail. Majority of the consumers like me think that the agency should be handed over to someone else who has the ability and infrastructure to cope up with the demand.
