Dear Sir,

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

I booked gas for home delivery on 29.09.08 but till today 15.10.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered and simply says transporter is not available. Some times delivery boy was delivered the cylinder to other against extra mony. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor located in Alwal, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh Contact no.040-27961876

If you are not taking any action i will approach to consumer court.
