Non delivery of the gas

Hi,

We had requested for Gas booking on 22nd September. But till date the GAS has not been delivered. and when I spoke to the agency I am being told that the GAS was delivered on 1st october at my residence, which I denied and also said that if gas was delivered then why I was calling them.

I made the call on 10th october to know the status of the delivery. On which I was assured that the gas will be delivered by 11th October. Which also has gone and gas has not been delivered. Now when I called them today they say it will be delivered after 1 week.

And the distributor was so rude in taking that the lady said if the delivery man is not delivering then what should we do.

Is this the way how you treat your consumers?

It is approx 25 days when I had made the booking and am yet to receive the cylinder.

Will anybody look into this?
