HP Gas
No proper response

My consumer no is 646616, whenever we are calling at centre half of the time people are not picking up phone, we have to cal 3-4 days continously for booking the gas. Not on time dlivery of gas. At your site it is showing that, those who are working will get cylendre on sunday also, but at Vashi they totally refused, so what the use for working people? we both are working adn we have to take leave for the delivery of gas & every time our leave is waste due to no on time delivey from HP. also every time they are answering that there is no stock, we will send when stock will send. At Vashi HP center perosnnel is very non-coopretive.

Pls. look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest
