Non avalibality of phone numbers and delay of gas

Sir,

i am customer of Hp Gas Agency my gas agency is in lajpat nagar new delhi last time last month when i have booked the gas they assured me that they will send the cylinder with two three days as they have short of delevery boys but inspite of several reminders they have send me gas after 15 days again this time when i am booking the gas today i am continue giving them calls since from today morning they are not picking any phone the three phone number that i have are 011-29830614, 29830615, 29878484 and our consumer number is 546285. Sir my grandfather is hospitalised from last twenty days and our house is full of guest and we have no other option you can understand our difficulty. Sir this time your interviation is required in this matter now.
