HP Gas consumer zone
Never take the any action

I wrote lot of times to Premier Gas Agency (HP) and HP Gas Complaint Consumer Zone also. They given to me following message:

We thank you for registering your complaint with us. Your complaint reference no. is 11072112.

I am still waiting for delivery refill cylinder. Always they given to local broker for delivery my refill cylinder. I call 10 to 15 times and track where is he? Then he delivered by refill cylinder.

I got the message on 13th December by HP your gas is delivered. But I did not received.

Can you give to me permanent solution. Thanks a lot in advance!
