H p gas cylender
Cylender not received after booking of 2 months

My mother has booked the cylender on 23rd of July over phone after confirming again and again that it has booked the people over there confirmed her that it has booked. But till date 23rd sep 2008 we have not received the same when i went there on 16th of september they said we have not even booked the same and it will be reaching to you by tomorrow or a day after tomorrow. then again i went there on 20th sep saturday they said it will be reaching at your home on monday and on monday i again went there and the people sitting there said that it will be delivered after half an hour. but till now 23rd sep tuesday It has not been delivered. I am very sorry to say that my dealer is not giving me good services you are requested to take any action for this dealer:
