Un delivery of cylinder on time

I am the Consumer of HP Gas my consumer no 624052

my distributor is Borivali Gas Agency, Roshan Apt. Shop No -3 Carter Road -4, Borivali East, I booked the gas on 13/12 still they are not delivered daily they are telling today you will definetly received it but in last three days I am continoulsy chasing up. Every time we call to their office they bags the our phone saying that we have already forwarded slip to our delivery boys. Now these boys are playing with our clyinders and selling to another cusotmers. This is not happened for the first time, every time of booking they did the same thing.
