Irregular suppy oj cylinde

I am residing at No.64, Adambakkam, Kakkan Nagar, Chennai 600 088. I have a Gas connection at M/s Savitha Gas Agencies, my consumer no.613552. The agency is very irregular in supply, we find it very difficult to book the connection over the phone. When we try over phone it will keep on ringing and there will not be any response. Because of this problem I myself went personaly and booked for refilling, even after three months I have not received the cylinder. Yesterday again I went in person and booked it. when I asked about my earlier booking they said that the booking was not registered, I saw that there are lot of customers having the same problem gathered there. Till now I have received the refilling cylinder.

Kindly look in to it and solve this issue and oblige.
