HP /Gas Cylinder
HP Gas Cylinder Delivery delayed

I have booked for the HP Gas over phone on 04- jan. They informed me that they will send the cylinder in a week. But even after a week passed, no delivery was done. I was surprised and called them again. They expressed sorry and promised to send that day itself.

Again, 3 days have been passed but nothing arrived.

What shoud I do? Do this complaint forum work to resolve the issue? Please advice.
