HP Gas Cylinder
Non Delivery of Cylinde

My Consumebr Number is 619467. We have booked the cylinder from HP Gas Agency located in HBR Layout, Hennur on 30th April. The agency promised to deliver the cylinder within 3 days. Now it is almost 18 days and we have not yet received the cylinder. This is inspite of repeated phone calls to remind them.

The sales agents at the agency are rude and un-cooperative. Also we have booked for an additional cylinder which we have not yet received.
