HP Gas Cylinder
Delay in supply of Gas Cylinder & never picking the phone

It is a regular problem being faced with the distributor located at Sheikh Sarai (Near Malviay Nagar), New Delhi.

The various phone no. of distributor (26018470, 26012540, 26015985) are never picked by them. It is almost become necessary to personally visit to book the cylinder. I after trying a lot to book on phone, atlast visited personally and booked the cylinder (custermer no. 679378) on 29/09. It was informed that the cylinder will be delivered within 2 to 3 days. It is now 10 days have passed but still the cylinder is not delivered. They are uncatchable on phone.

It is really has become a headache to get the cylinder everytime.

Can someone look into the matter and take approprite action against the distributor.
