Forcing to purchase other products with HP Gas

Hi Fren

i transferd from Bangalore to Kolkata so my HP Gas double cylinder gas alo transferd from bangalore to kolkata.so i went to MAHANTY Enterprises (Baguiati) for getting my new consumer number.

Day-1

when i went thr..that person didnt behave properly ans told me submit ur xerox copy of old consumer paper which u have got from bangalore and it may take 6-7 days to get cylinder

Day-7 i just went thr asked about this he told since he had not received (some mail from HPCL) any mail so he cant provide any gas so need to wait

Day-8

I went with my wife for getting gas.when my wife started arguing with him then he gave Cylinder and Regulator and forced us to buy one pressure.as he told Pressure Cooker is provided by HPCL.so u need to pay for this.and that pressure cooker was 3 ltr of price 800 which in market is just 300..i need to ask is it compulsory to buy pressure cokker when i transferd my gas to kolkata.

Just need justification...
