HP Gas Distributor
Delivery Issue

Respected Sir,

My HP GAS Consumer no. is 526410..

we are having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency.

The Gas distributor's name is Mr. Ram Mohan Rao, Plot no-19, shop no-6, J.J. nagar, Alwal, secunderabad.

I had booked the Gas on 19/september, when i booked the gas Distributor told that it will take 15 days for delivery.

As one month passed they did not deliver the Gas, i wanted to know the status of the deliver and called to the distributor.

I have been trying since last 4 days they did not lift the call, but fortunately one day the distributor lifted and asked me to come to their office to collect the Gas cylinder if I want, because there is a problem for delivery. again next day also i called and he told that there is no delivery we should come to collect the Gas. I said my father is hospitalized and there is no time to come to their office.

My Gas booking Date is 19 september and they did not delivery till 21st.

I am asking you the questions that Is this way to speak with the customer to come and to take the Gas cylinder? more over is this the customers duty to take the Gas?

Is not the Distributor's duty to deliver the Gas?

Distributor should delivery within the time. when he asked to send any of gents to take cylinder. I am forced to tell that my father is in the hospital there is no time to come to the office. (I should explain my personal problems also to the distributor, he was srude to me)?

I want to send this issue to consumer forum or please take an immeadiate action up on the distributor so taht we customers should not face any problems in the future.

The distributor is so rude he asked me every time we should come to their gas office to take the gas. There is no other way to give complaint. just think that, nobody gives complaint until and unless it is a severe problem faced by the distributor.
