Contact Telephone Nos always kept on hold

It has always been a nightmare to book the consumer refill Cylinder from the Distributor M/s Devidayal Enterprises, Sector 8, Rohini, Delhi-85. You keep on dialing the Telephone nos. 27940639 or 27940104 or 9891740104 printed on the consumer copy of theCash Memo and it will be your fortunate day if the line is available after 3 to 4 hours. You will always get BUSY tone on all the three numbers and even after visiting the distributor personally and caoxing them to send the refill cylinder you have to wait for atleast 2to 3 days. Even we tried to contact the dealer through Telephone exchange no. 27941000, the lady on the MTNL side told that it is invariably kept held and she too books her cylinder by personally visiting the Distributor.

Will somebody at HP Gas give some attention to this perenial problem being faced by the consumers of Sector 8 & 9 Rohini Delhi-85??
