HP Gas (Domestic Connection)
Non issue of regulator for more than two months

Sir/Madam,

I got my gas connection transferred from Bharat Petroleum Gas Agency at Boileuganj (Shimla-5) to HP Gas Agency M/s Shiva Gas Service, Govil Niwas, Opp. Himland Hotel, Shimla-171001 on 28th July consequent to shifting of my accommodation. However, I was told to make the necessary payments at the agency and that the gas connection will be installed by the authorised service agents of the agency. I was delivered two cylinders the very next day but neither the regulator was delievered nor installation made (obviously there is no question of installation without issue of regulator). Ever since then, I have made many phone calls and visited the agency at least thrice. Everytime I am verbally assured that the regulator will be delivered by tomorrow. However, it has been more than two months already but I have yet to receive the regulator. In such circumstances, I had no option but to approach your good office through this online facility. The receipt no. vide which I was charged installation charges by M/s Shiva Gas is receipt no. 821 dt 28/07. I shall be extremely grateful to you if you could kindly direct M/s Shiva Gas Service, Shimla to do the needful.
