Non Delivery after booking

Sir,

I booked a Gas Cylinder on 12th Nov vide booking via Phone to GEKAY Gas Agency, new siddhapudur, Coimbatore (Tamilnadu.) (Distributor tin no: 961180. Code 2505).

Our Gas connection No: 617528, last 18 Th Nov gas agency billed

But the delivery man come for delivery on 20 th Nov that the time our door locked. The next day I spoken to our side delivery man, he says next Saturday’s 22 nov. But not received the gas cylinder. Again i conduct the gas agency he says your bill already cancels. Kindly tell me, how many times gas delivery man to delivery to houses. The gas agency people not had given proper answer.

It is submitted that the Gas Cylinder has not been delivered till today.

An appropriate action may be please initiated against the distributor
