NEGLIGENCE IN ISSUING OF 2ND CYLINDER

Sir, My consumer no. is 611419, which was alloted to me on 2/1. At that time i was promised that i will be given the 2nd cylinder within 6 months but till now I have not received it and everytime I ask them, they say that no order has come from the regional office. I want it urgently and I want to know that the exact position.
