HP-Gas, Khadki Near Kirloskar
Poor Service

Really have very bad experiance with HP Gas - Khadki Agency, NCl, Pune. Its more than a month since ive asked for a new replacement cyllinder and everytime when i follow up they keep on delaying it like call after 5 days etc.

Interestingly last time when i called i told this is too much and am really in need now as my second cyllinder too got empty..So he had asked me to call in evening and you can come and collect it. Evening when i called he said to call the next day morning 10am..Again the same story..stock has not come..Call at 4PM..N when called at 4PM this time ive been asked to enquire after 6PM..

Am not sure for how long he is going to play cat and mouse game with me.

The service and their behaviour is pathetic. If someone can help me where should i file complain against them it would be grateful.
