Late delivery without reciept

Dear Sirs,

Please note that my consumer no. is 605039, On 29th December I asked for refill of my cylinder my complaint no. was 19804. After many calls, to day at 4:45 they send me a cylinder without a reciept and an arrogant delivery man. I asked his name he refused to give me his name.

I am a retired person and stays on third floor. It is at walking distance from your cylinder refilling station a sonapur galli. Kurla west.

When I gone through net I got several complaints about the same subject. Therefore I request you to improve your services and the delivery man should consider the old peoples plight.

1. Delay for 23 days 2. Delivery without reciept & 3. Arrogant delivery man
