Non-Delivery of Gas Cylinde

I have taken a connection from H.P.Gas, Gas Agency Name-Kamal Gas Agency located at Village-Singulpur, Shalimar Bagh.

I booked HP Gas reffiling on date 15/04 booking no.is 377134

My customer ID No. is 651675 but still I have not got the Gas.

Continuously I am calling on given no.011-27470952 but there is no response from their end, they don't bother to answer the consumer call.

This is very frustered for any customer if he is giving money but not getting service properly.

It is a regular basis problem.

So pl look into this.
