DELIVERY OF CYLINDER AND bOOKING

Sir,

My name is K V V SATYANARAYANA. I am having a H P Gas connection with your Kakinada dealer "Shree Agencies". My consumer number is 12949 with them. Every time after booking for a refill, your dealer is delivering the cylinder only after one week or 10 days from the date of booking/ The reason they explained is that they are having very number of Gas connectons and are unable to deliver the refill cylinder in time. Yet times they are not in a position to book the request for refill of the cylinder over telephone. 10 days back I telephoned them and I gave them my consumer number and I was told that I will get the refill after one week. Today when I telephoned them to enquire about when I will get my cylinder, I was amazed to note that my booking for refill of the cylinder was not registered at all. Please let me know what to do.
