HP Gas/ LPG connection
Connection has been transfered without request

Dear sir,

I have taken LPG gas connection from HP, on dated 15.12.2006. Consumer No. 604046 and dealer code is 628190. My connection has been transfered from Allahabad to Jaunpur from my Dealer. I have not given any application for transferring the connection. All the document i.e. service voucher and domestic gas consumer card is available with me.

At present I am not getting LPG Gas filled cylinder. I am facing lot of problem for cooking food. My family is suffering alot. Kindly extend your help.
