HP Gas/ LPG Gas cylinder
Non delivery of Pass-book

My Consumer No.-610188.

I have transferred the gas connection from Silvassa to Rajpipla. I have been issued the gas cylinder after paying Rs.1329 but pass book is not issued yet. I visited the agency frequently in last one year but every time I got reply that the unit head Mr. Bharatbhai Manglora is not available in office. Due to this I am not getting new cylinder for last nine months. So I have to dependent on other illegle sources of cylinder which is very costly. This is really a worst quality of service I have seen in my life. I don't know when I will get new cylinder from HP.
