HP gas, ragubher gases, kanpur
Non delivery of gas cylinder, refused to give recipt

Sir,

I am consumer of HP gas and my dealer is MS ragubher gases, ramadevi, kanpur. On 1st sept 08 I went there to book gas,

but receptionist sitting there refused to give recipt. Til now ihave not recived my gas cylinder. I think MS ragubher gases is indluge in black marketing ofLPG gas.
