Delay in gas delivery

Hi,

I have repeated bad service from this Ratna agency oposite to JNTU. Kukkat palli Hyderbad.

I had booked the gas on 17-Nov, and I was told that gas wil be deliverd after 5 days. Today, that is after 5 days when I called, then they are bookign the gas and saying the they wil deliver after 5 days. The propriator is a female, she is not able to handle their staff effectively, Before some byd burn up the shop I request to cancel the dealorship to som ebody who can handle her staff properly so that the can do the custoemr service properly. They did not give the booking number when I called first time. This is another biggest problem with them.
