H.P. Gas refill bottle
Non-receipt of refill from booking date of 23/03

I am holding HP Gas Connection Consumer No. 605494 with M/S Ajoy Trading Co. G.T. Road, Liluah since 1994-95.

I booked for refill on 23/03 on IVRS of HPCL as the Dealers ask the consumer to book through IVRS. My Internet booking details show that the same has been billed on 12/04, but the supply has not come upto 17.00 hrs on date. The last supply was on 20/02 and my add on cylinder has also been exhausted and I am presently using a borrowed left over cylinder which can run for two or three days. I shall not be able to apply for another refill for 21 days more from the date of supply. This is not the first time for the delay. Previous delay was 1 month from the date of booking which was prior to that of 20.02.2012. The reason for specific delay in my case (other consumers of the same dealer receive refill in 10-12 days from booking. This case is fit for investigation.
