HP Gas service
Pathetic connection service for HP gas

Hi,

We have registered for a new HP gas connection at Omkar Gas service on Gorebunder road Thane in the month of December to our new residence, we are yet to receive any response for the same.

The shops phones are always off the hook and nobody is ever available to provide correct status.

The lady who attends to customers in the shop is never available leaving us in a lurch. Me and my husband are working professionals who donot have time to keeping going back n forth to a gas depot.

Pls take up the matter sternely and provide a date when the gas will company is going to contact us and get the same delivered.

There is no customer service whatsoever from HP gas and being the only gas connection on the gorebunder road area they seem to be taking all the customers for a ride.

Hope the urgency of situation is understood and our issue is resolved soon.
