Not picking call for gas booking

My Gas Agency Distributor is Sri Sangameswara Gas service, H.no.25-35/11/D, Opp. MDO Office, Ramachandra Reddy Nagar, Ramachandra puram, Medak - Dist - 502 032.

tel No. 23020664, 23021517, 23021517. My consumer number is 621915. Connection is in the name of my wife Pooja Singh.

I have been trying to call them for the 1 week for cylinder booking, but NO BODY PICS UP THE CALL. This is height of irregularity. Once they book, they take another 15-20 days for delivery. We are eating outside for the last 1 week now.
