Poor service and unavailability of resourses

Respected sir,

This is a complain and a humble request to u to take some action against HP hindustan petroleum, FM Amin a HP petrol pump located opp SSG hospital, near raopura., Vododara

While we go at petrol pump the station for filling diesel in my car, the pump worker says that pump is not working. And this problem is since last week. When we talked wid manager regarding this, the manager responds abruptly that he is not concerned with pump repair problems talk to main officer of HP.

Since it has been a big problem now the manager is also not ready to respond properly.

So its my humble request to u that kindly check this issue and solve this problem as early as possible.
