Problem With, booking of gas & delivery service

Sir,

This is to inform u that I am a consumer of your product. My consumer number is 10674; the name of the distributor is Vimal Gas Agencies, Adilabad.

sir, when ever I call the Distributor for booking they will never lift the call, and when I go to Distributor office for booking they will never response Properly and never book the gas on that day they will tell to come after 2 or 3 days or No booking, they always say that u have to wait for 1week as there is shortage of gas. Is it true? If so, then there must be a solution/public notice to book there gas in advance and when gas is booked they will never give home Delivery.

Sir, I have to go to Distributor office for every month for booking & Delivery, for booking I have to waist my 3days and for delivery 4days. When I ask them about this then they will give useless explanations, like computer damage, no power, no gas stock... etc., when I confirmed from some internal sources I got to know that they supplied all cylinder to the shopkeepers like Hotels, refillers etc., and in the market the cylinder pries is Rs: 600. Kindly get necessary action.
