Ad services and no response even after payment

I have an Hp520 notebook whose processer is not working.the care center people told me that it will cost around 10, 000rs. i have paid the draft 5 weeks ago.still i am not getting any response from hp. The people are highly unprofessional and they swicth off their cell phones whenever we call. when i personally go, they give lame excuses. i dont know what to do? i need my laptop back. Never submit your laptop[ to Sco 198- 200, sec 34 A chandigarh.
