Poor sevice and repair of printe

The subject cited product bought from M/s solutions aliganj and since the time of purchase in 2007 giving problems under the warrenty period checked by techicians from dealer and company seal was broken by these technicians when send it to for repair at service centre at ashok marg in lucknow they refused to consider it in the warrenty period after long persuation they repair it and taken Rs800/- and told that company supplied black cartiradge is defective till today printer is not working.

I hope before the purchase of hp products one should uder stand the type of service they provide. no hope from hp people
