Regarding Promotional Gift

Dear Sir/Madam
I purchased a HP MINI NOTEBOOK on the date of 06/02. At that time company promised me that they will give a KODAK 9.2 MEGA PIXEL CAMARA (with handling charges Rs. 1299 applicable) with every purchase of HP mini Notebook. They charged extra 1299/ amount for gift handling charge and for processing charges. I made a payment through DD in favour of “Solution Integrated Marketing”.I submitted DD to HP company on date 07/02″ along with all required documents for my promotional gift. At the time of purchase of Notebook HP assured us that please allow 6 weeks time after receiving the required documents at HP redemption process and we will send your gift. But this is unfortunate for us that we trust on this brand, because till date i did’n receive my gift KODAC 9.2 MEGA PIXEL CAMARA .I already paid the amount of handling charge for my gift. Every time on the query regarding gift, company always making a request for give some more time, They are not give us a proper reasson for delaying of my gift. So i am requesting u to please help me on this metter. I already registered my complain on Consumer Forum on Date 23 May. My complain register reference no. on consumer forum is CCHSAP211575.But till date i am not receive any proper result from your side. So i am requesting you to please look into this metter and take some immedieate action on this metter, i am waiting for your action against HP Company.
