Dear Sir

I want to inform u that I didn't get my free gifts KODAK Camera and one year extended warranty promissed by the dealer and by hp, its all around 11 months. I have send dd (DDNo.- 702752) of rs. 990 to HP redumption cell on Date- 4- dec- 2008.

After complaining and reminding so many times to the dealer and to the company i didnt get any positive response from them. Being harressed i have come to you for help and guidance...
