I have a HP dv2214tu series Notebook in warranty period (till 28th April). I gave my laptop for servicing at Compaq Service Center A2/177, Safdarjang Enclave, New Delhi on 12th of January as its DVD drive was not working. Its been more than 15 days and my DVD drive has not been replaced yet. I called them 10s of time and they are saying that they received my DVD drive thrice, but every time they were faulty. Its really pathetic that how can a new DVD drive be faulty, thrice!!! If this is the service provided by the company like HP, which really disappointing.
