It has been 11 months me buying the laptop but my laptop was most of the time not workin properly under guarantee period and in the tenure of 11 months my laptop was ant the service center for more than 3 months due to the bad and irresponsible service from HP
plz do needful to get me my laptop in workin condition as soon as possible and if possible i need some compensation from the company to recover my loss in studies due to their irresponsible behaviou
