Made the purchase less than six months ago from their auth dealer at AS RAO NAGAR SEC'BAD, AP . 3 Times it had gone blank necessiating recovery loosing all data. The main problem still persists - dotted lines on the monitor screen a clear sign of some major defects. Will HP send its rep to my residence. It is difficult for me to travel to far away service stn at BEGUMPET.
