Worst servcie by HP

Laptop got problem with its mother board. I have taken HP care pack to extend warranty. On December 16th I had given it to Dadar Servcie Station, Mumbai. I had been told that they would give it me after 5 days. But, after three weeks they have not repaired it. They say the part is not available with company.

I think i have to wait till company manufacture that part and send it service center.
