Fan and hard drive replacement committment is still pending

Dar sir,

i have given my hp laptop to the hp centre at okhla phase 1-200, new delhi on 25th nov'08 under the case no. 2604271844 so that the problem could be solved soon. i was informed later by the hp centre that the laptop's fan and harddrive has to be replaced. i have taken also hp carepack worth r6000 so that it will be under guarantee period of another two years since my purchase of laptop.

now on repeated phone calls and visit to the hp centre, the problem has not been solved yet. today i talked them again and came to know that hardrive has been replaced but issue of fan is still pending.they have not given any committment for the time required the fan to be replaced.

plz do take care of the customer as my majority of the work is laptop dependent.
