HP Laptop
Bad Service & no any reply

I had a problem with my HP Pavillion Laptop Model- DV6704TU which i sent to HP Service Centre at Andheri on last 6th Jan after calling to HP i understand that there was a problem with the motherboard and needs to be replaced and told will get you the laptop by 20th Jan after repeatedly calling now they are telling that the parts are not available with HP and call to our mumbai service manager after calling her she is telling that speak with someon else. Also want to mention the system is under warranty and still its not getting repaired.now what to do? today is 4 Feb.2009
