I cant able to download registering form to receive complements given for laptop (home theatre philips)

please answer me... for this? I bought my laptop in dubai showroom without any offer for 52000rs

.but i tried to contact customer care to get the details of offer (that philips dvd home theatre), they gave one toll free number but, when i called to that number thet charges are adopted 9rs/min .what??? customer toll free... please any one anser for my faq about that offer applicable for the laptop that purchase from dubai
