No after sales service

My name is kamal arora, I am a student in amity business school, noida, I have got the hp laptop from the college and i have given it to the co, on 2nd of december to get it repaired but since then i dont have any status of it, i have called the co, 100 of times but they have shown a careless behaviour and they even didnt bother to reply once.
