I had bought a HP Pavalion TX 2009 AU tablet laptop with extended warranty in July. In less than 8 months there was problem of no display and it was submitted for repairs at the authorised service center at Dadar, Mumbai on 31st March, case No 2606746545. Till date, 28th April I donot have a confirmation from the service center as to when they will return the laptop duly repaired. They donot have spares to repair.
I have been trying to put claim for the full value of the laptop from HP since they are not able to solve the problem within the specified time limit.
They have an extended warranty cover, but u get trapped into it as they cannot service the laptop during the normal one year warranty, what they will do in the extended period.
I would advice all, not to get into buying any HP product in India as their service support has completely failed and not able to keep up with the Sales expansion.
I need the contacts where i can file a consumer complaint for refund of the purchase value.
