Not received the promotional philips 5.1 channel home theater model no.dsp220

Dear Sir,

This is Ch. Ranga Rao from Khammam. I have purcharsed a "Compaq Presario -CQ 40-144 TU" Laptop on January 28th, along with that I was given an offer of philips 5.1 channel home theater model no.dsp220 if I pay a DD of 1499/- to the HP redemtion cell, Integrated Marketing Solutions Private Limited, Nehru Place, New Delhi, no:011-41306700. I had sent the required documents along with the DD (no :513780, SBI kukatpally branch, Hyderabad) on February 04nd to the HP Redemption cell address as mentioned abov. However when I am trying to call them from the last 2 weeks, there is no response from them as the call is always disconnected in the IVR.

My Redemption code is : 6A75Y0HBLP. Please do the Needful ASAP.
